Human Resource Executive

**Recruitment**:
- To act as liaison between the department and the company’s Human Resource Department for recruitment and other staff related issues
- To coordinate and participate in the recruitment process including sourcing and interviewing
- To assist in preparing offer letter for new hire.
**Industrial Relation**:
- To assist and handle all Industrial Relation cases
- To assist and handle all disciplinary process
- To prepare monthly report on Resignation, Allowance & Salary Deduction, Disciplinary Cases and Notice In Lieu & Bond Recovery and submit to Head of Unit
- To do disciplinary record checking for staff's appraisal
- To assist and handle inquires in regards to disciplinary cases, staff's grievance and complaint
**Compensation & Benefit**:
- Monitor & advise any issue related to SOCSO / Insurance agent
- Administers all compensation and benefits programs designed
- To assist on any enquiries related to insurance benefits
**Administration**:
- To assist on Staff benefit eg. staff travel ticket
- To assist in preparing any letter related to staff eg, employment verification and others
- To assist in preparing any memo related to company and staff.
Qualifications / Requirement
- Applicant must be Malaysian
- Have 2-3 years working experience in Human Resource Department
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent education qualification.
- Must have good computer skills and IT knowledge.
- Good understanding in Human Resources and company policies.
- Execute day to day operation with confidence & efficiency
- Possess own transportation
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
