**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Coordination & Strategy**
- Develop and execute VIP tiering models and differentiated user operations plans for the gaming platform to increase high-value user lifetime value (LTV).

2. **User Engagement & Activation**
- Design and optimize content touchpoints for different user levels (e.g., holiday greetings, achievement celebrations, limited-time promotions, win-back campaigns).

3. **Trust Building & Brand Management**
- Establish high-trust service mechanisms for platform users, shape the brand tone & IP personality, and strengthen core user loyalty.
- Handle negative user feedback, build risk control SOPs, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.

4. **Viral Growth & User Acquisition**
- Design social mechanics to drive user referrals and viral growth (e.g., invite rebates, leaderboard challenges, team rewards).
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize user journey and improve private channel acquisition efficiency.

5. **Data Analysis & Optimization**
- Monitor key user metrics on WhatsApp (retention, activity, conversion, etc.), run A/B tests, and implement improvements.
- Develop user tags to drive operational automation and precision.

**Experience Requirements**:

- 3+ years in user operations, private domain operations, or CRM; gaming industry background is a plus.
- Familiar with WhatsApp as an instant messaging tool and its operational guidelines; skilled at WhatsApp content planning.
- Experience driving traffic from social media or proprietary gaming platforms to WhatsApp is a bonus.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Excellent cross-team communication & collaboration skills, able to mobilize resources and execute projects.
- Strong user insight, content planning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent Chinese speakers preferred.
