Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar role is required for this position.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, agile practices).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Preferably knowledge on ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCIDSS, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27005, or ISMS.
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or an entry-level IIBA certification..
- Additional certifications in agile or business analysis are a plus.
- Experience in fuel retail or POS industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capture detailed business and functional requirements.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support initiatives to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Assist in facilitating workshops and meetings to validate requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Assist in quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation to address issues and optimize performance.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new team members to ensure smooth integration into the department.
- To perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
