Analytics & Reporting

  • Identify data sources, develop integrated KPI tools and methodology.
  • Identify, track, and report regularly on key operational performance metrics.
  • Develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports, and models to support key operations decisions, including process optimizations and logistics management.
  • Develops metrics and tracks the success of key projects.
  • Provides savings tracking activities and reports realized savings; ensures realized savings tie back to departmental budgets.
  • Researches and extracts logistics data and creates meaningful reporting to identify trends, performance metrics and issues.
  • Compile and distribute monthly logistics financial reports by business unit.
  • Coordinate the compilation and submission of global and country-specific logistics activity reports.

Optimization & Project Management

  • Design, build, and maintain optimization tools to identify global supply chain network opportunities and determine optimal distribution sites.
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning).
  • Participate in the deployment of the Supply Chain Management System across country programs in collaboration with the relevant parties.
  • Participate in the development of information management systems to capture and consolidate field and logistics data.

System & Tools

  • Leverages use of ERP, Transportation Management Systems and related technologies to create logistics analytics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Supports supplier/carrier relationship management process, supplier/carrier performance reviews, and supplier/carrier development initiatives by providing data-driven vendor scorecards.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to develop and maintain a global logistics dashboard

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in the supply chain, manufacturing or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
