Main task

To efficiently and effectively manage service levels and profitability of the Etika (Bangi) warehouse and

contract.

Job Descriptions

  • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted warehouse or contract operations by effectively managing all aspects of the process.
  • Monitor customer service levels of the contract (KPI/PPI/SLA) and implement continuous improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure sufficient resources are available to support operations, including manpower, material handling equipment (MHEs), and facilities.
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze the financial aspects of operations, including budgeting, profit & loss (P&L), revenue streams, and cost structures, to mitigate any profit loss while aligning with revenue strategies.
  • Ensure billings and reports are generated accurately and on time.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure adherence to the credit control policy.
  • Oversee housekeeping and overall warehouse cleanliness to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

  • Ensure inventory and pallet controls are properly maintained and in compliance with company standards.
  • Manage compliance and uphold CJ Century's standards (e.g., ISO 9001) along with other relevant certifications.
  • Drive business profitability through efficient operations and cost management.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as required by superiors or top management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years and above experience in operations: warehousing and distribution
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Logistic relavent preferrably)
  • Independent, self reliance, trust worthy and result oriented.
  • Possess good market intelligence.
  • Team player
  • Willing to work at any assigned warehouse.
  • Familiar with warehouse and transport costing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
