- To be responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings and other corporate secretarial documents.
- To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
- To monitor and ensure that the statutory records/registers are properly kept and updated.
- To implement processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation.
- To liaise with external parties such as auditors, local authorities etc.
**Education**:
- Professional qualification of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (ICSA)
**Year of Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant company secretarial experience and conversant with the full spectrum of company secretarial duties and familiar with the Companies Act 2016, and other related regulatory requirements.
