Supervise daily operations of each kitchen section (e.g. wok, deep fryer, grill, platings, or/and )
- Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant recipe and standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices.
- Assist in menu planning ad development
- Monitor food inventory and ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.
- Participate in inventory management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
