**JOB PURPOSE**
To support and undertake to all recruitment activities for designated Group ensuring all the Company's goal and strategies are fulfilled by recruiting the right talent in the market.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
1. Manage full cycle recruitment process to meet the various talent requirements across all levels within multiple business units.
2. To understand the business and operations of each business units to supply the niche talent required.
3. To advice and highly influence the stakeholders on the talent decisions.
4. Develop strong relationship/partner with business stakeholders for a continuous improvement on the recruiting efficiency.
5. Build rapport with all levels of hiring managers to ensure mutual understanding on job requirements and expectations were achieved.
6. Constantly interact and discuss with Human Resource Business Partners on business needs and matters
7. Implement creative and strong Social Media strategy as search medium to attract and maintain strong networking of contacts ie: social media for future talent database pool.
8. Manage and oversee Recruitment Agencies to ensure sourcing activities is effective operationally and financially.
9. Actively participate and initiate all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects to maintain high level talent awareness in the industry.
**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**
**ACCOUNTABILITIES (CONT.)**
12. Tracking and reporting key metrics designed (recruitment SLAs) to measure and predict staffing activity (recruitment Trackers) to ensure the efficiency of the operation.
13.Continuously revisit the entire recruitment process (process improvement) in order to ensure it is aligning with divisional goal.
15.Delivery the recruitment overview to First Line Managers for their familiarization of the processes and for their future references.
16.Create and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
1. At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
2.At least 7 years of working experience in the related field with 5 years' solid experience in recruitment.
**TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS**
1. Out-going, flexible, energetic, organized and people oriented.
2. Able to work independently.
3. Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Must be outgoing and self-motivated.
5. Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask.
6. Social Media knowledge.
7. Job Interviewing Skills/ Competency Base Interview.
