Human Resource Executive

Careclinics Healthcare Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our growing team at our headquarters in Damansara. This role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to human resource functions related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Key Responsibilities Recruitment:
❖ Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely hiring within approved budgets.
❖ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting, interviewing, and preparing offer and confirmation letters.
❖ Execute bulk recruitment initiatives and large-scale hiring campaigns for management, corporate, and frontliner roles.
❖ Represent the organization at job fairs, university career events, and external recruitment programs.
❖ Ensure a structured onboarding experience that supports successful new hire integration.
❖ Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and update HR databases in a timely manner.
❖ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, including wellness activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
❖ Promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values. Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Support:
❖ Collaborate with internal stakeholders during due diligence processes to evaluate workforce structure, headcount, and HR-related risks.
❖ Support integration efforts post-merger, including alignment of HR policies, compensation, and cultural assimilation.
❖ Coordinate communication strategies and employee transitions during M&A exercises.
❖ Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
❖ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
❖ Demonstrated experience in large-scale recruitment and talent acquisition campaigns.
❖ Exposure to M&A processes or interest in HR integration strategies is an added advantage.
❖ In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management trends.
❖ Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
❖ Excellent command of written and spoken Malay and English.
❖ High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
