**Job Scope**

**Supplier and Customer Relationship Management**
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts and overseas partners.
- Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and monitor timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential suppliers and customers to support efficient and uninterrupted business operations.

**Global Coordination with International Communication**
- Collaborate closely with overseas offices to support cross-border business development and customer service activities.
- Coordinate international efforts and align strategic objectives for designated accounts to ensure unified global business execution.

**Reporting**
- Prepare budgets and conduct monthly sales performance analysis for effective business tracking and decision-making.

**Compliance**
- Ensure all business activities comply with Malaysian laws, corporate governance standards, and the company’s Code of Conduct.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or other assignments as directed by immediate superiors or senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business & Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Trading, preferably within international trade or supply chain.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in SAP/ERP will be an added Advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Open-minded and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic business environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-driven mindset focused on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with strong follow-through, organizational skills, and time management.
- Able to work independently and present ideas professionally to superiors and team members.

**Job Details**
- **Salary: Up to RM4,500 (Negotiable depending on experience)**:

- Working days/hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM
- Working Location: Subang Jaya
- Employment Status: Permanent Hiring

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
