Job Scope

  • Supplier and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned accounts and overseas partners.
  • Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and monitor timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with existing and potential suppliers and customers to support efficient and uninterrupted business operations.
  • Global Coordination with International Communication.
  • Collaborate closely with overseas offices to support cross-border business development and customer service activities.
  • Coordinate international efforts and align strategic objectives for designated accounts to ensure unified global business execution.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare budgets and conduct monthly sales performance analysis for effective business tracking and decision-making.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all business activities comply with Malaysian laws, corporate governance standards, and the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or other assignments as directed by immediate superiors or senior management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business and Trade, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Trading, preferably within international trade or supply chain. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience in SAP/ ERP will be an added Advantage.
  • Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic business environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a results-driven mindset focused on delivering value to customers and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with strong follow-through, organizational skills, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
