**Responsibility**:
Assist and manage the Sustainability Manager in overseeing all sustainability programs for the Group both locally and overseas. The Sustainability Executive shall ensure all programs and activities are in compliance to the Group's Sustainability Policy and International Standards including but not limited to the following:

- To assist the manager in developing, revising, and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sustainability Policy and Action Plan to ensure it is up to date and in line with the Global Sustainability requirements.
- To assist the manager in overseeing, preparing and reviewing the Annual Sustainability Statement and Report of the Group to ensure timely and accurate submission.
- To assist the manager in overseeing and developing the Group’s Sustainability KPI for the Group in line with International Standards of measurement.
- To assist the manager in managing and liaising with Sustainability or ESG Consultants engaged by the Group to ensure deliverables are achieved in a timely and effective manner.
- To assist the manager in providing guidance, briefing and training on sustainability programs across the Group both locally and overseas to build sustainability awareness within the Group.
- To assist the manager in coordinating and managing Sustainability Committees established within the Group to monitor the progress of the implementation of the Group's Sustainability Programs and Action Plans.
- To assist the manager in overseeing and managing the roll out of the Group's Sustainability programs across the Group both locally and overseas to ensure implementation by the respective recipients.
- To assist the manager in overseeing and managing data compilation and reporting for the Group using the Group's Carbon Management and Sustainability System to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

**Requirement**:

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree. A professional certification in Climate Change Reporting would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English. (Mandarin is a plus to liaise with operations in China).
- 5 years of relevant experience in sustainability.
- Experience in cultivation, trading and manufacturing industry preferred;
- Self-starter, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
