**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To provide administrative and training supports.
- To schedule, organise, and monitor training programs onsite or online.
- To coordinate with trainers and participants for training preparation and arrangements.
- To manage and maintain students’ database.
- To prepare and deliver program reports in a timely manner.
- To assist with document control and management
- To manage all operational issues.
- To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Residing in Seri Kembangan or neighboring areas.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a similar role in a related industry is an advantage.
- Computer literate in all major software. (Incl. MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Ability to communicate with people of all levels of management comfortably and concisely.

**ADDITIONAL BENEFITS**:

- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
