Customer Service Executive

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as customer service executive
- Fresh Graduates with internship experience will also be considered.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Skill Required: self-motivated, ambitious personality and strong drive, fast learner, matured thinking, responsible, and good team player
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure brand consistency in social media platforms including advertising, product development, and brand management.
- Handle inquiries from the customer and provide details about the product's knowledge through live chat.
- Help customer to complete order placement process including payment processing, key in order details into the system.
- To ensure all customer order received, verified, processed, acknowledged, confirmed and dispatched in a correct and timely manner.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Provide good customer service and attend to customer complaints professionally.
- Prepare sales reports for the Management.
- Reply & follow up with customers regarding their product purchase on social media
- Manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms including customer experience and product listing and work with other departments for order fulfillment.
- To perform any other duties as requested/ assigned by your superior from time to time.
