Personal Assistant to Director

Position: Personal Assistant to Director
**Salary**: RM4,000 to RM4,500 (negotiable)
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Working Location: Kepong, KL
Job Descriptions:
1. Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
2. Manage Director’s contacts and schedule.
3. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
4. Organise meetings/events and ensure that Director is well prepared for any meeting/event.
5. **Manage HR related work**, e.g. arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees, etc.
6. Any other relevant duties as may reasonably be required by the Director
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum diploma in business studies/administration/management, secretarial or equivalents
2. **Minimum** **2 years of working experience in Human Resource** related field
3. Responsible, responsive, and flexible to changes
4. Good communication skills, both written and spoken in **English and Mandarin**.
5. Owned transport and willing to travel around
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
