**Key Responsibilities**

**1) Program Development & Management**
- Design and develop the structure, curriculum, and learning outcomes for the professional certification bootcamp.
- Oversee content development, ensuring it meets certification requirements and enhances participant learning.
- Implement and continuously improve instructional delivery methods, including online, hybrid, and in-person learning models.

**2) Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships**
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, certification bodies, training providers, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and recruitment teams to attract high-quality participants.

**3) Operational Execution & Performance Management**
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.

**Key Requirements**

1) Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.

2) 3+ years of experience in program management, training & development, or certification-related roles.

3) Experience in managing professional development programs, bootcamps, or workforce training initiatives.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
