**About GL Academy**

GL Academy is a leading education center in Malaysia, specializing in international education programs. We are currently looking for a **Korean-speaking Administrative Staff** to support our operations and enhance communication with students, parents, and teachers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with students and parents, providing necessary support and assistance.
- Issue invoices and process payments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with teachers.
- Ensure that classes run smoothly and are properly scheduled.
- Answer calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist in posting advertisement materials and managing promotional content.
- Perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Korean and English** (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative and financial tasks efficiently.
- Basic bookkeeping skills are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
