Position: Customer Service - Korean speaker
Location: Selangor
Working hours: 7 AM - 7 PM (rotational shift)
Working days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)

**Salary**: RM9,000 (basic) + RM400 (KPI allowance)

**Requirements**:

- Native Koreans only
- Minimum Degree and above
- Proficient in at least B2 English

**Responsibilities**:
2. Resolves all customer issues according to company guidelines.
3. Maintains a positive and professional attitude with customers.
4. Shares customer feedback with relevant departments for improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM9,400.00 per month
