Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Deliver or/and pickup mails, parcels, documents, packages and other items externally.
- Repair or replace faulty basic equipment ie. changing light bulbs, cupboard handle etc.
- Source, quote and negotiate for office repair service as and when necessary.
- Perform data entry for various report.
- Maintain and organize supplies inventory by checking stock inventory in order to prevent over supply.
- Replenish office necessities ie. pantry items, refreshments, equipment, stationery, furniture etc.
- Research new deals or suppliers as and when necessary.
- Upkeep office cleanliness by managing office cleaners and their duties accordingly.
- Front liner to attend and provide general support to walk in visitors if at office.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least secondary qualification
- Basic computer skill
- Basic handyman skill work is required for this position
- Possess a motorcycle
- Preferably male
- With 2 years of relevant experience
- Friendly and team oriented
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
