Company Overview
The organisation is an online to offline (O2O) building materials and interior finishes marketplace where you can find a wide range of high quality, branded and bargains materials for house projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and establish new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services that fill business pipeline with prospect
- Drive innovation for generation of ideas and business development opportunities
- Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams for new content and products
- Work strategically - carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management
- Strategize, plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company’s targeted goals and increase market share
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the market
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree qualification in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years of business development experience with successful track record
- Fresh graduates with strong interest will also be considered
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong negotiation skills
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for work purposes
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
