Performs timely and accurate recording of general cash and cash equivalents transactions.
Performs timely and accurate recording of payroll, staff claims and staff secondment transactions.
Interacts daily with other functions within the Department and numerous treasury officers and people department to coordinate complete recording and reconciliation.
Regularly monitor outstanding book reconciling items and coordinates with persons in charge to ensure that these are cleared on a timely basis.
Performs timely reconciliation of the subsidiaries’ bank accounts and meet monthly bank reconciliation report to be provided to country finance and auditors.
Coordinates the issues encountered by the users from all functions within the department (GL/AP/AR/Refund/Interco) in Cash Management Module within the accounting system environment and ensures of elimination of the recurrence.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Performs ad hoc tasks assigned by the assistant manager and manager.

**Qualifications**:
Degree in Finance or Accounting, fresh grads are welcome to apply
Ability to work well under pressure and under minimum supervisory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Mr Ade Kadris started his involvement in the telecommunications sector in an
enterprise, called Anqa Charm Circle in 2004.
Anqa Charm Circle received various job orders, mainly concentrating in civil
infrastructure for the telecommunications sector. As demand grew, the company
was repositioned as a main contractor, and Akar Titanium Sdn Bhd was setup in
June 2014, with renewed capital injection and directorships.
Akar Titanium Sdn Bhd is a multi disciplined technology company. Ever since the
incorporation, the company has established itself as a telecommunications
infrastructure, construction and integration solutions provider, servicing major
telecommunications network service providers in Malaysia.
The company’s experience and project focus speaks for itself, managing
installations, equipment integration and site solutions for Digi
Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) and Telekom Malaysia’s Webe.
The company is currently a Tier 2 CME contractor for Digi, soon to be upgraded
to Tier 1 as a main contractor.
Current active projects involve FTK Supply and Install new outdoor pole for
Time dotCom and Telekom Malaysia Webe’s radio access network
modernization Project, dubbed the “LTE Deployment for Eastern Region” under
D LA Technology Sdn Bhd as a sub-contractor.
