Job Description:

- Serve as the main point of contact for questions and concerns pertaining to HRISs, offering prompt and efficient assistance to end users.
- Escalate difficult issues to the relevant IT or vendor support teams by using the ticketing system to record, monitor, and handle support requests.
- Utilize the Avature system as the primary platform for managing the ticketing system (level 1,2), troubleshooting, and configuration tasks.
- Assist with the implementation and installation of HRIS systems and related software, collaborating closely with IT and vendor teams to ensure effective deployment and integration.

Job Requirement:

- A minimum of two years of human resources expertise is required, as well as a thorough awareness of HR processes and terminology.
- Proficient in HRIS administration and configuration, particularly with expertise on platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, or Smart Recruiter.
- A thorough grasp of IT ideas and systems, including databases, data structures, and software development techniques.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen, eligible to work in Malaysia.
