**Key Responsibilities**
- Memimpin dan mengurus keseluruhan proses projek termasuk perancangan, rekabentuk, dokumentasi, pelaksanaan di tapak, dan serahan projek.
- Menyediakan, menyemak, dan menyelaras lukisan ukuran, dokumentasi teknikal, serta penyediaan dokumen tender kerajaan (cadangan teknikal & kewangan).
- Membangunkan, memantau, dan mengawal jadual projek (CPM), bajet, serta garis masa perolehan.
- Menyelaraskan kerja dengan pasukan pelbagai disiplin seperti arkitek, jurutera, perunding, kontraktor, JKR, dan pihak berkuasa tempatan untuk memastikan pematuhan dan penyerahan tepat masa.
- Memastikan pematuhan ketat terhadap keperluan tender, kod bangunan, peraturan keselamatan, dan kelulusan permit.
- Menjalankan pemeriksaan tapak, memantau kemajuan kerja, serta menyelesaikan isu teknikal atau logistik yang timbul.
- Menjalin komunikasi proaktif dengan semua pihak berkepentingan termasuk klien, agensi kerajaan, vendor, dan pasukan dalaman.
- Mengenalpasti risiko projek, mencadangkan strategi mitigasi, dan memastikan pelaksanaan yang berkesan.
- Menyediakan dan menghantar laporan kemajuan serta dokumen serahan dalam tempoh yang dipersetujui.

**Requirements**:

- Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Diploma dalam bidang Senibina, Kejuruteraan Awam, Pengurusan Pembinaan, atau bidang berkaitan.
- Sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun pengalaman dalam pengurusan projek pembinaan dan penyelarasan perunding, dengan keutamaan kepada pengalaman projek sektor kerajaan atau awam.
- Pengetahuan kukuh dalam proses perolehan awam dan tender, termasuk ePerolehan serta penyediaan dokumen untuk pihak berkuasa (BOMBA, PBT, dan lain-lain).
- Mahir dalam CPM, MS Project, dan AutoCAD (kemahiran BIM/Revit adalah kelebihan tambahan).
- Mempunyai kepimpinan yang baik, kemahiran interpersonal yang tinggi, serta kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, mengurus pelbagai projek serentak, serta sanggup melakukan perjalanan/outstation apabila diperlukan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
