Job Overview:
We are seeking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a fashion retail brand that primarily targets a female customer base. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior & preferences, stay current with the market trends and proactively monitor competitors activities. As a Brand Manager you will work closely with various teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
Conducting thorough market research to gain insights into the female fashion market, including trends and consumer preferences. Utilize this data to make informed decisions.
Collaborating effectively with departments such as design, production, and logistics to ensure a seamless flow of products from concept to retail.
Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events and corporate social responsibility programs.
Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions to achieve revenue and profit objectives
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Identifying growth opportunities for the brand, including new store openings, online sales channels, and potential international markets
Ensuring adequate stock levels and inventory turnover to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory costs.
Overseeing the visual presentation of the brand's physical stores to create an enticing shopping experience for female customers.
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Leading & Coaching Sales Executives in the retail outlets for the day-to-day sales and operations duties
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, managing customer complaints, and continuously improving the shopping experience.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion merchandising, marketing, business or related field.
Proven experience in fashion retail, including management roles.
Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
Possess effective interpersonal skills and love to interact with people from all walks of life
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
