- Planning, organising and implementing internal & external audit and factory inspection plans, audit and traceability of corrective and preventive measures
- Responsible for setting quality standards and product standards. Effectively manage the inspection management for incoming, semi-finished product microbial testing, process and finished product inspection. Collection of quality data on schedule.
- Responsible for leading all departments to set quality objectives, produce monthly summary and reports, and review quality objectives, tracking, analysing and improving projects
- Ensure production safety and health compliance with system and quality standards. Responsible for inspecting the production environment, equipment, production tools and staff operating health
- According to the standard requirements, regularly conduct inspection of retained samples and regular statistics
- Responsible for calibration and control of inspection instruments
- Lead the solution of quality anomalies, track improvement measures, follow-up implementation, and ensure that quality anomalies are effectively improved
- Ensure effective rectification based on audit results to ensure safety control of internal quality
- Responsible for the evaluation and review of supplier quality assurance capability
- Responsible for directing the production department to provide technical guidance on the color mixing of ingredients
- Study and conduct internal training, promotion, implementation and verification of laws and regulations
- Developing quality training plan and organise implementation

Qualifications & Experiences Needed
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, chemistry, food, biology, etc
- At least 5 years working experience as QA/ QC manager, daily chemical industry
- Familiar with halal quality management system
- Familiar with the relevant regulations, system requirements and production process of cosmetics
- Strong risk awareness, combined with domestic and foreign laws and regulations and changes in the industry environment, keen insight, identification and measures to reduce risks
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination ability
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to speak English, Mandarin, Malay

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA & QC: 5 years (preferred)
- Cosmetic/ Food/ Pharma: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
