1. To collect all the necessary Production Reports, Training Records, Workers Attendances/SMA reports and other admin works to be verified by the HOD before compiling it into proper files.

2. For daily, weekly and monthly production report computer key-in and compiling such as downtime in KPCS, monthly downtime report, output report/ consumable report/ water report and glove weight report.

3. To complete and submit Performance Allowance, Worker Uniform Size & Worker Claim Record and issue First Aid Medicine Report.

4. To liaise with IT Department on KPCS, PC or printer problem.

5. To collect and keep stationery stock level.

6. To issue ordering form for request checklist from QA department.

7. To issue PR and follow up with purchasing department.

8. To assist the manager on all the correspondence and filing.

9. To receive incoming calls and pass them to the respective person.

10. To comply and adhere to safety and health rules and regulations

11. To do documentation for validation report

11. Other assigned duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum STPM or Diploma level with relevant experience

2. Good in Excel & Power Point

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
