Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - Telco Tower **Job Description**: - ____________________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: - Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of telecommunication towers and associated equipment. - Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. - Monitor the performance of hardware, software, and systems. 2. Installation & Upgrades: - Assist in the installation and upgrading of telecommunication equipment at tower sites. - Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and regulations. 3. Technical Support: - Provide on-site and remote technical support for resolving operational issues. - Work closely with the engineering team to implement technical solutions. 4. Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and government regulations. - Maintain accurate logs and reports of maintenance activities and technical issues. 5. Collaboration: - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and third-party vendors. - Support team operations to ensure seamless communication infrastructure.
