**Short Role Description**:
The Marketo Specialist will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of our client, utilizing Marketo as the marketing automation platform. The incubent will work closely with our client’s marketing team, and help implement marketing automation campaigns to achieve business goals. This position has a technical requirement, yet requires strategic marketing focus. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and independent individual to can define and own new processes, as well as identify new opportunities for process improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team for the delivery of creative assets and design vision.
- Translate campaign results into insightful analysis to help drive and improve performance.
- Database management including custom objects and opportunities for increasing database quality.
- Monitor anaylze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Manage project requirements to deliver the expected results on time.
- Build and maintain marketing automation campaign that nurture prospects.

**Knowledge, skills and abilities**:

- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years in Sales / Marketing at equivalent role.
- Minimum 1-2 years account management experience with strong understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing cycle.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 6 months experience working with a marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo) and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience with interactive marketing techniques including inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.
- Must have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
- Must be in positive light all the time.
- Strong organization, cold-calling, qualifying, sales hunting skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines, completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment but can also manage work independently.
