**Customer Success Executive**
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be planning and executing programs and initiatives for clients by understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g.: sales, marketing, design, tech operations, etc.) to coordinate support and ensure successful implementation of program.
- Manage day-to-day liaison with respective clients and actively participate in client meetings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's business, culture, and goals
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives.
- Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of programs and services.
- Work closely with our internal teams to customize programs that align with client goals.
- Support ideation on driving engagement and health outcomes for clients.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and upsell additional offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and secure long-term client relationships.
- Oversee administrative operations to provide support to the office for any on boarding events or operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
