Role:
To build strong relationships with our clients, ensure successful adoption of our security solutions, and drive revenue growth through customer retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Lead onboarding and training for new customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion (maintenance, customization, new projects).
- Act as the main point of contact for client feedback, support, and problem resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, sales contributions, and prepare regular reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. Good knowledge of the Security System especially in Access Control System, Alarm Monitoring System, CCTV Security System, and Building Management System will be an advantage.

3. Good interpersonal and support skills with industrial B2C customers.

4. Likes to meet people and network.

5. Likes technical conversation.

6. Proactive, self-starter and team oriented.

7. Prior experience in working with similar industry will be an advantage.

8. ⁠Creative thinking, discipline and committed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
