We are seeking **local Malaysian** talent to join our team.

**Job Summary**:
The Project Manager (Planning) will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives, including distributor development, branch expansion, and setting up a third-party outsourced company. The role also involves detailed planning, work scheduling, and coordination to ensure smooth execution of all projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Warehouse & Manufacturing Operations**
- Ensure efficient inventory flow, storage, and operational readiness.

**2. Third-Party Outsourcing Setup**
- Lead the planning and execution of a third-party outsourced company.
- Select, engage, and manage vendors, partners, and service providers.
- Define SOPs, KPIs, and compliance measures for outsourced operations.

**3. Planning & Work Scheduling**
- Prepare and manage work schedules for projects and operations.
- Align resources and manpower according to project timelines.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and within quality standards.

**4. Project Management & Reporting**
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular progress updates and improvement recommendations to management.

**5. Distributor Development**
- Identify and evaluate potential distributors for company products and services.
- Negotiate and formalize distribution agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure continuous support for business operations.

**6. Branch Opening Planning**
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to determine optimal branch locations.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful branch setup and launch.

**Requirements**:

- A degree holder or higher.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in project management, business planning, or operations.
- Strong background in warehouse and manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in distributor development and branch expansion projects.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
