**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end Order Management Process within the OTC cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling orders, agreements, amendments, pricing sheets, licensee data, and related documentation.
- Leverage working experience in BPO setting/companies to oversee and optimize the Order Management Process, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex order-related issues, address customer concerns, and ensure seamless order processing.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and enhance overall OTC performance.
- Engage in customer/client-facing interactions to understand requirements, resolve queries, and maintain exceptional service levels throughout the Order Management Process.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in a BPO environment, preferably within the Retail/CPG industry.
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in managing the entire Order Management Process, agreements, amendments, pricing structures, licensee data, and report generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly adept at utilizing Excel and other relevant tools for data management and analysis.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in managing order-related data and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Profound understanding and mastery of the Order Management Process from start to finish.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in handling customer/client interactions, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
