**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the entire spectrum of master data processes within the Order to Cash cycle, including agreements, amendments, pricing sheets, licensee data, and associated reports.
- Utilize extensive experience to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in managing master data, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective master data solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Employ problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex data-related challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Engage in customer/client-facing interactions to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide guidance on master data management practices.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in a BPO environment, preferably within the Retail/CPG industry.
- Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in managing master data, agreements, amendments, pricing structures, licensee data, and related aspects.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly in managing data using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset to address complex data issues effectively.
- Experience in customer/client-facing roles would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
