Customer Service Officer/executive

Location : Kempas, Johor Bahru.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and process customer booking orders for import/export shipments.
- Monitor container collection and delivery closely to ensure timely operations.
- Liaise with shipping liners for container status updates and arrange payment when required.
- Coordinate with forwarding companies for import/export documentation and customs clearance.
- Complete job files accurately and on time.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Act as the main contact point for customer inquiries and shipment updates.
- Prepare and maintain delivery orders, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues such as delays, damages, or missing goods.
- Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs and logistics/customs regulations.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service within the logistics/shipping industry.
- **Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin** (spoken and written).
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems.
**Working Hours : 5.5 working days per week**
Monday - Friday: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Saturday: 8.30 am - 1.00 pm
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
