**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Duties**:

- Handle a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.).
- Prepare and issue **quotations, invoices, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO).**:

- Manage monthly closing and financial reporting, e-invoice.
- Assist in **tax preparation** (including SST).
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
- Monitor and manage petty cash, payment vouchers, and bank transactions.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Draft and prepare letters, reports, and other company documents.
- Manage office supplies and other administrative logistics.
- Maintain and organize company records and documentation.
- Liaise with external parties (e.g., auditors, tax agents, government departments).
- Support in company secretarial tasks and statutory submissions.
- Assist in setting up processes and procedures for company operations.
- Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB contributions and submissions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with Malaysia's statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, SST, etc.)
- Proficient in accounting software ( Xero).
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
