Admin & Account Assistant

_**Responsibilities**:_
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Manage phone calls, filing, and provide general administrative support.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Accurately and promptly record all accounting transactions (AP/AR).
- Participate in projects and coordinate company activities as needed.
- Track and manage staff leave, including annual leave, sick leave, and hospitalization leave.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- At least 3 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic communication and comprehension skills in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- **Working Hours**:_ Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
