**Responsibilities**:

- Under mínimal supervision, reporting to the Supply

schedule planner position will be responsible for

review MTO production plan and replenish MTS

inventory, follow up the work order status and

coordinate with operation team such as material

planner, warehouse and production, to ensure the

plan could fulfil the schedule ship date.Close

monitor production progress and ensure the

schedule able fulfil the committed delivery date to

Customer.Proactively identify and review support

production work order status to communicate or

update the order fulfillment status in regular basis.

Analyze delays and interruptions and adjust

production schedule accordingly to meet deadlines.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager and the

planning team by engaging in all operation functions

for monitor the execution of production schedule/plan

and
- Investigate Issue, analyze root causes and

execute improvement solutions to resolve any

potential issues such as schedule delay or material

shortage in a timely fashion.
- Plans to replenish or produce MTS inventory by

reviewing materials and supplies requirements from

business system reports.
- Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming

orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production

operations
- Maximize production batch size and proactively

review excess and obsolete inventory and forecast.
- Ensure achieve OTIF to customer order through

proper planning, forecasting and proactive

communication with all cross function.
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are

kept at appropriate levels.
- Coordinate with operation team and Technical

team and escalate issues to Manager for attention as

required.
- Ability to pull waste, an independent thinker

resulting in process improvements, as well as,

actively involve in SLOB inventory action with

bringing solutions forward.
- Ability to be a team member on special projects as

business needs
- Ensures compliance with department policies and

procedures and applicable laws, rules, and

regulations.
- Assists with performing a variety of internal

projects, cost saving projects, provides professional

guidance and information, support and recommends

appropriate solutions.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
