Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects. Here's what you'll be diving into:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, and pricing materials for tender submissions.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis, including price comparison and evaluation, to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
- Manage project documentation, including interim valuations, contract variations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient cost control and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to negotiate contracts and resolve any cost-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance cost management strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Fresh Graduate Passion: We're on the lookout for talented fresh graduates with a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field. Show us that you're ready to take on the construction world with your fresh perspective and enthusiasm
