What you will do (Key Responsibilities):


•Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.


•Prepare and analyse tender documents, contracts, and budgets.


•Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.


•Monitor project costs, assess variations, and provide timely reports.


•Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and potential cost implications.


•Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.


•Any other adhoc duties as assigned

What do we need from you (Job Qualifications):


•Fresh graduates are encourage to apply OR


•Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field with at least 2 years experience.


•Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.


•Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.


•Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Glodon Cubicost TBQ, AutoCAD).
