Job Description:

  • ​Delegate tasks to contractors and subcontractors to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Evaluate potential hazards and risks to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management, contractors, and subcontractors regarding adjustments to cost estimates.
  • Conduct negotiations throughout the project lifecycle to promptly resolve issues.
  • Manage project scope to align with objectives and enhance deliverables and key activities.
  • Supervise a team of Quantity Surveyors.
  • Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to objectives and building contract laws.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyses costs and develop strategies to enhance overall project value.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents in compliance with regulations.
  • Provide guidance on contractual claims to effectively manage project scope.
  • Present cost analysis reports to GM and management, ensuring clear and insightful data presentation.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and promptly address issues to keep the project on schedule.
  • Verify the accuracy of cost calculations through meticulous review and analysis.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills specific to Quantity Surveying tasks, effectively resolving challenges encountered during project execution

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in 
  • main contractor / developer and residences construction.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft 
  • Excel, AutoCAD, and Glodon Software (TAS, TRB).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:

  • From RM15000 to RM20000
