Quantity Surveyor

Pay: RM 5,000 - RM 7,000

Working days and hour: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

Location: Near Desa Tebrau

Industry/Specialisation: Main contractor firm - Construction - Residential and Commercial projects (Majority are landed)

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using construction-related software and tools
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards
  • Strong in Contractual Affairs and Taking off

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure that they remain within budget
  • Preparing payment certificates and processing invoices
  • Providing advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders on financial matters
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 per month
