POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead country warehouse and logistics operations with the 3PL.- Subject matter expert and internal consultant for all warehouse & distribution functions, providing partnership and guidance with Commercial Operations and Supply Chain. Support to local operations in terms of warehousing and distribution processes.- Collaborate with internal and external parties to support day to day operation and review SOP in regular basis- Monitor and coordinate with the service provider with aligned process flow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operation, including inbound shipment, redressing, pick and pack, outbound delivery and reverse logistics. Drive improvement of 3PL performance and monitor 3PL KPI.- Manage system interface and conduct troubleshoot and investigation for any interface issue- Reconcile inventory data to maintain accurate record between Alcon & 3PL System- Prepare accurate logistics report for daily tracking and visibility for management review- Lead/support execution of key projects supporting Region W&D strategy.- Any other duties or projects as requested by Line Manager commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility for this role, for which the associate has the necessary experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree in science or a business relevant field, university degree or MBA preferred.

Languages:
- Fluency in English (verbal & written).

**Experience**:
- 5 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, leading substantial implementation projects.- Excellent knowledge of Business Processes within the medical device industry, especially regulatory controlled processes for Import and Warehouse & Distribution operations.- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and multifunctional and global environment.- Excellent knowledge of change management.- Satisfactory interpersonal skills.- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
