**YOUR MISSION**:
The Executive will Drive Supply Chain Operations excellence with country warehouse operations focusing in SCM cost, Productivity KPI and Logistics efficiency and provide guidance to Country by introducing and benchmarking best practices. Lead and implement continuous process improvement.

Improve overall inventory management (inventory profile, visibility and tracking of inventory availability).

Task 1: Import and Export Management
- Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.
- Working closely with local custom broker and Puma compliance team to align on HS code classification and changes, and ensure system reflected latest update.
- Ensure well maintain all logistics documentation for audit purpose. Example: Puma invoices, forwarder/ 3PL/ vendor invoices. packing list, General Shipping Instruction (GSI) and SOP.
- In the event of any new contract take place, working with Puma compliance team to ensure all clauses are meeting trade compliances request and no conflict of interest with company.
- Validate and ensure all the import/ export documents cost are correct billed.
- Monitor on time freight booking from/ to forwarder until shipment arrive on time as per in-warehouse date.
- Plan consolidation based on the origin of goods to maximize the container utilization without impact product launch date. This to ensure the country meeting the Global Container Filled Rate.
- Coordinate with 3PL to complete the inspection process pertaining export shipment. Example: Indonesia.
- Working closely with Purchasing team for better buying trend as per in-store date.
- Ensuring on time invoice validate, accurate and submit to account payable.
- Address recharge instruction accordingly to minimize logistic expense.
- Working closely with Global Logistics to exchange info and updates, cascade down to team on all updates.
- Resolve problems concerning all relevant logistics import and export.
- Follow up latest FTA updates and share among SEA team.

Task 2: Warehouse Operation Management
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics inbound liaising with internal stakeholders and all aspect of 3PL. Example: priority receiving and sharing of Key Initiative (KI) style number.
- Monitor warehouse workforce. Ensuring efficiency of 3PL and meeting daily productivity as per SLA.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. Achieve maximum of resources and avoid wastages.
- Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
- Deliver solutions to warehouse problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.
- Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities.
- Validate discrepancy from fresh inbound and ensure necessary adjustment done in place, and PO closure.
- Drive inbound audit check to ensure tally with fresh inbound.
- Monitor and ensure GR/return scanning completed timely, clear system EDI error.

Task 3: Warehouse Inventory Management
- Ensure timely completion of Goods Receipts by monitoring the warehouse space utilize against the priority shipment receiving.
- Ensure the integrity of inventory good receipts accurate with the help of direct reports.
- Identify and resolve any quantity discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are match.

Task 4: Reporting, Process Improvement and others
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Ensuring the Logistic Finance Report, monthly inbound report, discrepancy report is accurate.
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, freight cost, product volumes or mixes.
- To support and involve others activity when necessary. Example: B2C campaign and stock take.
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
- Collaborate LOG report with related stakeholder for better insight on LOG status. Example: update daily the logistic report to power BI.
- Ensure flow go smoothly, shelve down unnecessary process, move towards to lean and efficient processes. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures and KPIs.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance business growth and improvement. Analyze the impact of proposed changes.
