**About the role

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions

Assisting with the preparation of the monthly financial report.

Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and financial audits

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts assistant or bookkeeping role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in the areas of bookkeeping and small practice accounting

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
