We're Hiring: Account Executive cum Admin (Sports Center Team)

Location: USJ 1 (Subang Jaya)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.
  • Record daily sales, booking income, and payment collections from the badminton and pickleball courts.
  • Monitor and reconcile online booking transactions (e.g., QR Pay, eWallet, cash).
  • Manage petty cash and staff claims.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and maintenance vendors for billing and payment matters.
  • Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for the courts and café (if any).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
  • Support administrative or HR tasks when needed (e.g., staff attendance, payroll data).

Who We're Looking For:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or anything related
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in sports, hospitality, or retail is an advantage).
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or Excel-based systems).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
