Job Title: Account Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, managing daily accounting tasks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL).

* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

* Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.

* Monitor and manage cash flow and petty cash.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

* Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

* At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Good understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards.

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
