Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales personnel toexplore new markets and implement comprehensive logistics sales strategies. Proactively organize sales initiatives andcollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new strategies that drivesales growth and support business expansion.Develop and implement a sales business plan topromote and sell services to existing and potential clients, aiming to grow thecustomer base.Arrange customer visits to present servicepackages and provide timely quotations.Prepare and present the annual businessrevenue budget plan to regional and country -level management.Consistently update and record all businessdevelopment and sales activities in the CRM system.Conduct monthly business development meetingsand generate sales reports for analysis to identify strengths and growthopportunities. RequirementsHolds a Diploma or Degree in any discipline witha minimum of 4–6 years of experience in the logistics industry. Hands -on experience in end -to -end logisticsservices including sea and air freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation,container haulage, customs clearance, and international shipping solutions.Strong understanding of logistics solutionconcepts, with the ability to present and deliver value -added service proposalsto clients.Proven leadership skills with excellentinterpersonal and communication abilities.Proficiency in English and Malay is required;the ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
