**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant field.
- Strong Leadership and Management Skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Great ability to manage tight datelines.
- Well versed with Operations flow and operations SOP.
- Result and timeline drive.
- Planning and Organization skills.
- Knowledge of day and night operations.
- Able to handle a big team.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with other departments.
- Willing to work long hours.
- Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Experience in Courier, Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise all operations staff to ensure the smooth-running of day operations and the fulfilment of duties in the best of their abilities.
- Supervise overall manpower requirement and staff movement for day operations to ensure manpower that is well-planned and fully maximized.
- Ensure that proper Manpower Planning is done for Document, Parcel, Security Handling, EMS, Manifesting, Data Entry sectors and day operations.
- Regularly review and plan for the Manpower Requirement and working schedule.
- Responsible for hiring staff in accordance to the needs of the Operations.
- Ensure all staff follow the existing or new implementation of Hub Procedures.
- Ensure proper coordination between Linehaul movement and Hub Operations.
- Ensure Feeder operations between Hub and Branches function smoothly according to the schedule that has been set.
- Monitor and ensure exemplary Customer Service effectiveness of all front-line staff under Day Operations.
- Ensure those under Day Operations adhere to all Company Policies, Guidelines and Regulations.
- Safeguard all assets deployed in Day Operations.
- Oversees the set-up for, and ongoing safe work environment for all staff in Branches, and that all safety regulations are being adhered to.
- Ensure all staff to comply to Policies of the company and discipline is upheld.
- Oversee the successful Implementation of Projects and Operational activities.
- Work all all internal and external stakeholders for continuous service level improvement.
- Develop, analyze and update Management on all the operations related data to ensure Management is able to make sound business decisions.
- To carry out any other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.
- To ensure safekeeping of all documentation of the Hub Operations.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
