**YOUR MISSION**:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for handling the Order Fulfillment, On-Time Handover and Pack Fulfilment, Returns Receiving, inventory, transportation and 3PL Warehouse performance

Task 1:
WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT:

- Monitor and ensure daily operation runs smoothly and highlight any issue to be resolved to the right party.
- Monitor productivity of the operation and process to ensure orders is fulfilled within the Handover KPI.
- Follow up with 3PL on Return Orders to ensure orders are received in system.
- To run checking on the problematic return and communicate with right party to resolve the technical/system issue.
- Arrangement of any Value-Added Service such as gift for special occasion or products.
- Planning on peak business and sales campaign arrange with 3PL on any overtime operation necessary to handle the high volume of sales.
- Ensuring the consumable items are sufficient all time.

Task 2:
TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT:

- Monitoring warehouse loading to ensure no stocks has left over.
- Ensuring orders are pickup time and deliver as per window time. POD save in the share folder daily.
- Schedule, arrange and monitor collection reach the warehouse on time.

Task 3:
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT and SYSTEM INTEGRITY
- Reconcile order, inventory holding, and status matching in the system.
- Ensuring 3PL conducts cycle counting, identifies root caused, and provides solutions to respective actions.
- Ensuring inventory quantities are available for business.

Task 4:
REPORT and OTHER
- Increase and maintain end customer satisfaction.
- Prepare monthly analysis for operation (Outbound, Return, Actual vs Forecast, and analysis for campaign performance)
- Attending monthly KPI review with 3PL warehouse to review monthly performance and discuss any issue or improvement.
- Checking on monthly billing and highlighting to 3PL if there is any amendment required and finally submit for payment process.
