**What is my job responsibilities?**
- Responsible for design and implementation of effective online concepts (Branding stories, E-business set-up, Online promotion via platforms, Data provision and structuring etc.)
- Main contact partner for the regional organization in regard to digital business activities and business models
- Continuous analysis, benchmark and information for BR’s major competitors online business appearance
- Continuous improvement proposals for the online appearance and online business models
- Define and align with Segment management necessary budgets
- Drive implementation with a cost efficient mindset, monitor and continuously report budget and implementation status
- Responsible for generation of online content and drive the lead generation
- Main contact partner for regions to support development/adaptation of sales related online tools

**What do I need to qualify for the role?**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a similar area
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce)
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
